01 About Us

Triple Four Catering is a catering business based in Dublin, Ireland. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Triple Four Catering. References to "you" or "your" refer to the client placing an order or enquiry.

02 Enquiries and Orders

Submitting our online order form constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm availability, agreed on the scope and menu, and issued a written confirmation or invoice.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example if the event date is unavailable or if the scope of the order is outside our current service offering.

03 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are subject to VAT at the applicable Irish rate where applicable. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking date, as agreed at the time of confirmation
• The remaining balance is payable as agreed in your booking confirmation
• Commercial clients paying by Purchase Order are subject to agreed credit terms, typically 30 days from date of invoice
• Late payment may incur interest charges in line with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations

04 Cancellation and Changes

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible of any cancellation or amendment.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit refunded in full
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event: 50% of deposit may be retained
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable
• Guest number reductions of more than 20% within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure, serious illness). In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and refund any payments received.

05 Dietary Requirements and Allergens

We take food safety seriously. You must inform us of all dietary requirements, food allergies, and intolerances at the time of ordering. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment as our food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present.

06 Delivery and Setup

Delivery addresses and access arrangements must be provided accurately at the time of booking. Any changes to the delivery location must be communicated as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by inaccurate address information or restricted site access.

We will endeavour to arrive and set up within the agreed time window. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, road closures, or adverse weather.

07 Liability

Our liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of your order. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, photography, graphics, and menus, is the property of Triple Four Catering and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

09 Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of any information on this site. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

10 Privacy

Your use of this website and submission of orders is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
